Delete your Pogy account

How to delete your account in the game

1. Open Pogy and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm the warning.
3. In Telegram you confirm the deletion through Telegram. Outside Telegram we send a 6-digit code to the account's email.
4. Once confirmed, the account is deleted immediately.

An account without an email can only be deleted in Telegram.

If you can't get into the game.

Email pogy@mklegends.com from the email address linked to your account and include your player ID (POG-XXXXX) if you know it. We delete the account within 30 days at the latest and let you know. An account without an email can be deleted in Telegram.

What is deleted.

The account, its links to Telegram and email, signed-in devices, nickname, collection of POGs and KINs, match results, achievements and rewards. Deletion cannot be undone.

What stays for a short time.

Database backups for at most 30 days and web server logs with IP addresses for at most 14 days; after that they are deleted too. Data stored on your device is removed by clearing the site's or app's data.
